Screen Printed Metal Badges are the best value for money metal badge options. They are printed in full colour onto either 0.7mm thick Stainless Steel or Aluminium. All printed badges include a standard Epoxy coated finish at no extra cost.


It is easy to recognize a screen printed badge - you will find that there are no metal borders that separate the different colors. 


Silkscreen process offers the best solution for your lapel pin/badge when intricate designs require precise, colour-on-colour detailing. Generally speaking, silkscreen printing is also named "solid color printing", each block or area is only one colour. Silkscreen printing can be made up of as many colours as you wish and the colours can be matched with nominated Pantone or RGB codes. We offer two standard types of material choices,
A: Stainless Steel without electroplating and B: Aluminum without electroplating. On request we do offer C: Brass Material with gold or nickel plating (Most Expensive)  or D: Brass Material without electroplating (Less Expensive). Please contact us if you require any of these options.
