How long does shipping take?
We ship from Helensvale, QLD. On average, standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, and express shipping takes 1-2 days. Regional and remote postcodes may take longer.

How do I track my order?
You will get a tracking email once your order ships. Click the link to follow your package in real time.

What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, change-of-mind returns aren't permitted; however, we will replace defective items. For replacement, please email info@namebadgesaustralia.com.au within 14 days of your order dispatch.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Email us at info@namebadgesaustralia.com.au within 14 days of your order's dispatch with a photo, and we'll send a replacement ASAP.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 1 hour of placing it. After that, the order is in fulfilment.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to Australia and New Zealand.

Which couriers do you use?
We use a panel of couriers, although 90% of orders are shipped with Australia Post, and PO Boxes are always sent with Australia Post.  If your order is urgent, please select Express post.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use Stripe for payment processing and never store your card details.

How do I place a bulk order?
You can either place a bulk order using the product customiser, which includes a bulk order feature, or email info@namebadgesaustralia.com.au, and our team will get back to you with a bespoke quote.

How do I log in to my account to view past orders?
Go to account.namebadgesaustralia.com and enter your email address; a short code will be sent to log in to the account.
